I am most effective at working with engaged, goal-oriented individuals from middle to upper-class backgrounds who are deeply invested in their mental health. My clients include couples, individuals, women seeking empowerment, and those navigating recovery from addiction. They often face challenges like anxiety, marital or relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, and the journey to find peace. I take a collaborative approach, using Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Family Systems techniques to foster open communication and understanding. Together, we set clear goals, revisiting them every 90 days to ensure progress and alignment with your therapeutic goals so you gain the total value from our work together.
