Where are you located?

What are your hours?

Typically, they are 9am to 4pm on Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-5pm. Some weeks I can be flexible​.

 

What is your fee? 

$170 per-session-Credit Card are required to be on file and payment is due the same day as services.  Insurance will not be an option by February.

How long are the sessions?

Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes and couples are 90 minutes.  If we run over, you are not charged any extra.  Sometimes going a bit longer is what is needed. 

 

Do you think you can help us or me?

It depends on several factors, but I will give you everything I have to help you meet your goals.

 

​Can you fix my spouse?

No. I will try my best to help you better understand each other.  Depending on your goals I will help you fix yourself so you can be a better spouse. Unfortunately, some relationships don’t continue, even with therapy.

Do you work with teens?

No. My preferred age group would start at 20 years old. 

 

Are you married?

Yes. While that does not make me a better counselor, I do understand things a little better from my experience.

 

Do you work with premarital couples?

Yes. I am a certified premarital counselor.

 

What am I supposed to do in therapy?

Bring issues that you want help processing.  The client should be doing more talking than the therapist. 

Understand that it will take us about three sessions to build rapport. 

 

Do you work with men for the most part?

No. In fact I prefer working with women who have dealt with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem,

and relationships.

 

Who is your ideal client?

Someone who is motivated, goal oriented, middle to upper class, and willing to learn new ways of doing things.
