Individual Therapy

Things are Bad Right Now

You’ve noticed that things in your life are starting to fall apart or that you’re going through an existential crisis.

Relationships have been crumbling and you may have even experienced infidelity with your partner. Now you’re struggling to get over a breakup.

Anything that happens in your life causes you to be overly reactive, or you’ve become unforgiving.

Anxiety and Stress

Lately, you’ve been suffering from high anxiety; overthinking everything to the point that it’s been difficult to fall asleep at night.

You may have even started stuttering, talking at a fast pace, fidgeting, and struggling to sit still.

Pessimism has morphed into fear of the unknown, constantly comparing yourself to others, and always wondering “What if?”

You may look like you are relaxed on the outside, but you’re thinking about what’s going on in the present, what happened in the past, and what might occur in the future.

Managing Stress

Understanding anxiety and stress is not as complicated as one would think. If you pay attention to your body, you’ll find what it’s trying to tell you.

Where do you feel the anxiety and stress? Usually, you’ll feel it in your chest, shoulders, and legs, or you might even start to sweat.

Once you figure out where you feel the anxiety, I’ll help you explore the specific interventions that will bring your anxiety down.

Anxiety and stress will never go away, but it can be managed if you understand it.

How Therapy Works

When you want to make changes in your life or become the best version of yourself, you must be willing and consistent.

My role is to help you examine your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual values by exploring your relationship with yourself.

Together, we’ll identify your strengths and limitations with Person-Centered Therapy and develop a short and easy goal you can achieve to build confidence.

Relationships With Self and Others

Most clients come to therapy because they have issues interpersonally, but when you decide to work with me, I will teach you how to figure out who you are and what you want to do in your life.

I’ll ask you important questions, such as what do you stand for? What is important to you? How would a person know that you have integrity?

We will discuss this more during our work, but my hope is that we can start thinking “outside the box.”

How I Help

I’ll teach you to practice positive self-talk, listen to your body, and trust your instincts.

Sustainable change takes time, and every client is different, but all I need is your willingness and consistent effort to do better and be better.

With that, you will see the benefits of our work within 3-9 months.
